Shipping Times:
Standard Shipping (Global): For purchases of 1–3 items, shipping costs $8 USD, and orders arrive within 7–15 business days.
Express Shipping (Global): Shipping fee of 12 USD; orders arrive in 5–7 business days.
Free Shipping (Global): For purchases of 4 or more items, orders will be shipped free of charge and arrive in 7–10 business days.
Cutoff Time: Orders submitted before 12:00 PM on business days will be packed the same day. Orders submitted after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
Important Note: During peak promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, Singles' Day), order processing may take an additional 1-2 days. We appreciate your understanding.

Notes:
- USA, Canada, UK, Italy, and Australia: fast shipping takes 5-13 days to arrive, and standard shipping takes 10-25 days.
- After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
- Aeosshop will ensure that each customer receives the package If the package is delayed, lost or detained, you can contact customer service to resend it.
3. International Shipping & Customs
Duties & Taxes: Upon arrival in the destination country or region, packages may incur customs duties, VAT, or consumption taxes. These fees are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot estimate specific amounts in advance; we recommend consulting your local customs office.
International Shipping Timeline: Estimated delivery for international shipments is typically 8-15 business days, subject to destination customs clearance processing and carrier capacity.
HS Codes & Compliance: In accordance with the latest 2025 international trade compliance requirements, we will include accurate HS codes (Harmonized System codes) on commercial invoices and packing lists at shipment to ensure your package clears destination customs efficiently.
4. Shipping and Delivery Coverage
Shipping Coverage: We ship from mainland China to multiple countries and regions worldwide. If your country or region is unavailable during checkout, it indicates we currently cannot provide delivery services there.
Logistics Partners: We primarily collaborate with premium carriers such as [e.g., J&T Express, Yuntu Logistics, UPS/DHL/China Post]. Select orders may utilize Wish's A+ Logistics Program or Lazada's official pickup service to enhance fulfillment efficiency.
Pickup Service: For sellers in select cities meeting shipping timelines, carriers offer “single-item pickup” to ensure swift parcel entry into the transport network.
5. Order Tracking
After shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and link.
Tracking Methods: Check “My Orders” in your account or enter the tracking number directly on the carrier's official website.
Information Updates: Logistics updates typically synchronize within 1-2 business days. If no updates appear after 48 hours, delays may result from transit issues or weather conditions. Contact customer service for assistance.
6. Special Circumstances
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to incorrect address, recipient refusal to pay customs duties, or multiple failed delivery attempts, return fees and reshipment costs will be borne by the buyer.
Remote Areas: Delivery times to certain remote locations (e.g., islands, military bases) may exceed system estimates. Actual delivery times are subject to carrier schedules.
Service Disruptions: Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure events such as severe weather, customs inspections, or public health incidents. We will promptly update the status on our website's announcement board.
